These are exciting times for GB 9 Ball Tour as they announce their first major change in format since the tour began back in 2008. This brings a return to touring around the UK, a fresh new look for 2013, and several discounts for participation available.
As always the success of the tour depends on the support of their players and you can help by registering early and paying your deposit. To encourage early registration, they are offering a £50 discount in annual tour fees for the first 100 applicants (deadline 11 November 2012). Applications will still be accepted after that date on a first come first served basis but will not be eligible for the special discount.
Over one third of 2012 members have applied already and we are expecting many more to sign up at our final 2012 event on 9 November. So to be sure of getting yourself a handy £50 discount we recommend you apply before that event.

SPECIAL JUNIOR DISCOUNT!
Annual membership of GB9 is just £599 (£299 junior rate if aged 14-18*), this includes:
– Entry to the main event at 5 tour stops
– Entry to the Challenge event (no extra charge) at each tour stop (if you fail to qualify for last 32 stage)
Advantages of becoming a full GB9 member include:
– More cost effective – a saving of £146 over the season**
– Benefit from event seeding (Top 96 ranked players)
– Guaranteed spot in every tour event
– Receive £50 discount when you join the British Pool Federation (BPF)
– Gain an official UK ranking
– Players ranked 1 & 2 at the end of the season will qualify for expenses paid spots at the European Pool Championships in 2014, courtesy of the BPF
You can make payments towards your annual membership fee at anytime you like, but you must ensure that a minimum of £200 (£100 for juniors) is paid before start of play at event 1, a further £150 (£75 for juniors) before start of play at event 2 and the balance before start of play at event 3.
* Players must be aged at least 14 on date of event 1 and aged 18 or below on 1st January 2013 to be eligible for junior rate.
** Assuming deposit paid by 11th November 2012 to be eligible for fee discount.
