The UPC are pleased to release all the entry information in relation to this season’s BUCS-UPC Eight-ball Pool Championships, to be staged at Vauxhall Holiday Park, Great Yarmouth. The finest student players from all parts of the UK will convene over the weekend of 23rd-26th February 2017 to compete in both team and individual competitions on behalf of their universities, at the country’s most prestigious English eight-ball pool arena, where many of the top mainstream pool events are held throughout the season.

Individual Championship: 23-25 February 2017
Team Championship, Trophy, Shield and Vase: 24-26 February 2017
Teams are made up of a maximum six players, five of which play in a match
Composite Entry Fee: £95.00 per person
(covers both team and individual entry, and accommodation)

There is NO LATE ENTRY PERIOD for this event
Entries received after the closing date WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Accommodation: The composite entry fee includes accommodation on Wednesday 22nd February. This will allow an earlier Captain’s briefing and tournament start time on Thursday 23rd February.
Practice Tables: When the tables are available for practice they will be set to freeplay. Usual rules about not practicing during tournament play still apply.
Late Entry: Due to a change in regulations there is now NO LATE ENTRY PERIOD for this event. The entry deadline of Thursday 26th January will be strictly adhered to.
Spectators: Spectators must have accommodation booked for them on site. Spectator accommodation costs £65.00 and must be booked using the Spectator Accommodation Booking Form.
