The UPC are pleased to release the entry information for this season’s UPC Irish Intervarsity Pool Championships, to be staged at the excellent Abbey Court Hotel and Spa in Nenagh, County Tiperary, Ireland. This is the third season the UPC will run the even and we look forward to another very enjoyable tournament.
UPC Irish Intervarsity Pool Championships: Nenagh
Date: 3-5 February 2017.
Venue: Abbey Court Hotel and Spa, Nenagh, County Tiperary.
Closing date for entries: 5pm, Wednesday 25th January, 2017.
Draw published: from 7pm, Sunday 29th January 2016.
These dates will be strictly adhered to. There is NO late entry period for this event.
Team Size: Teams are now made up of six players with five playing in a match, there will be no in match substitutions. You do not need to name six in a team, if you wish you may continue to name five players.
Entry Fees:
€35.00 per person (covers both team and individual entry)
€95.00 per person accommodation in the tournament hotel (for two nights including breakfast)
Institutions with ALL players staying in the tournament hotel will receive a €50.00 discount per team.
Eligibility: all competitors must conform to Student Sport Ireland eligibility guidelines, which can be found here. There will be no exceptions.
