Deadline for entries: Players will now have until 23:59 on Tuesday 14th February to enter the event on BUCS Play, following which AUs/SUs/Sports Offices will have until 23:59 on Thursday 16th February to approve their institution’s entries. There will be no extensions to these deadlines, so please make sure you have everything ready in time, including contacting your AU/SU/Sports Office in advance to make sure there will be someone with access to BUCS Play available to authorise your entries.
With the replacement of the old ‘BUCScore’ entry system by the new ‘BUCS Play’ system, all universities are required to provide UPC directly a ‘Team Details Form’. This is a simple form effectively letting UPC know which players are in which teams, and which non-first team players wish to play in the Individual Championship and Trophy. This is required so we can allocate the correct players to the right singles competition, either the Individual Championship or the Individual Trophy, and in what place in the draw as some players may be given byes through the first qualifying round. Please send this completed form (or equivalent) to daniel.turner@upc-pool.org.uk:

If there are any queries regarding you entries, please contact your own club/society officers in the first instance, followed by escalating to your AU/SU/Sports Office, and lastly to BUCS by contacting chris.lamb@bucs.org.uk.
